It is meant to bring you insight into your health and provide assistance on the path to wellness.
Begin Within journal was created by a licensed Clinical Social Worker, life coach, writer, and a chronic illness warrior, "because it didn’t exist". Her goal was to track her day-to-day symptoms and progress. The journal helped her realize that every little step moved her closer to healing.

THE STORY BEHIND THE BRAND:
Begin Within Today was created by Patricia (Christina) Kantzavelos, a San Diego-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), life coach, writer, and a chronic illness warrior.
Christina says "it took her getting sick to become healthy." When her health became more complex, she took it upon herself to pay attention to and heal every aspect of her life. This included journaling her symptoms and progress each night. Her goal was to track her day-to-day symptoms, what worked, what didn’t work, as well as recognize when days were challenging, and honor her accomplishments (big or small). This was especially helpful during healthcare appointments to recall her symptoms.
Journaling every night helped her realize that she was indeed on the road to healing, even if she was simply only able to breathe that day.
