Most orders ship within one to two business days via USPS and arrive in two to five business days. During the holidays, USPS can slow down in ways that are outside our control, so please allow a little extra time in busy seasons.

If something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong

This one's on us. Email us at hello@earthahead.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

If you change your mind

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on any unused product in its original condition. Our face oils are the one exception to the "unused" rule: if you've tried one and it isn't right for your skin, you can still send it back. That's our satisfaction guarantee.

For change-of-mind returns, a flat $6 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. We'll send you a prepaid label to make it easy, and you'll get the cost of the returned items back, minus that fee.

Packages returned for an incorrect or incomplete address

USPS sends packages back when an address is incorrect or incomplete, for example when an apartment or unit number is missing. If that happens, we'll reach out, and you can choose to have it reshipped (reshipping is covered by you, since the original label can't be reused) or to receive a refund for the items minus the original shipping. We always want your order to reach you the first time, so it's worth a quick look at your address, including any apartment or unit number, before you check out. And if you spot a typo or a missing unit number after ordering, just reply to your confirmation email and we'll fix it before it ships.

1. Email us at hello@earthahead.com within 30 days of delivery, and we'll send return instructions and a prepaid label.
2. Ship your items back using that label.
3. Once it arrives and we've looked it over, we'll refund your original payment method within 3 business days (item cost minus the $6 return shipping fee). Your bank may take a few extra days to post it on their end.
