Stainless Steel Tongue Scraper with Cotton Travel Pouch

HOW TO USE:
Use your tongue scraper first thing in the morning on an empty stomach — this is the best time to remove toxins that accumulate overnight.
- Wash the tongue scraper with warm water.
- Stick out your tongue and gently set the rounded edge at the back of your tongue.
- Using the handles, slowly pull the scraper toward the tip of your tongue.
- Rinse or wipe off any residue between strokes.
- Repeat 5–10 times as needed.
- Wash thoroughly after each use, dry, and store in a clean area. Hand wash only — not dishwasher safe.

I've already got one of these and use it daily - got another one for my travel kit. I have used other tongue scrapers and they're fine but can be a bit harsh on the tongue. This one cleans perfectly but it's so smooth and finely crafted that I can use it multiple times a day without getting "sore" tongue.
