Bamboo Pot Scrubber
The Bamboo Pot Scrubber is the plant-based way to tackle your toughest pans. Firm coconut and sisal bristles on a sustainably harvested bamboo handle lift stuck-on food from pots, dishes, and cast iron, with no plastic scrubber in sight.
It's a simple, low-waste swap for a synthetic dish brush, and an easy add to your kitchen cleaning kit. Not for nonstick (see below).
WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT
- Handles stuck-on food: Firm coconut and sisal bristles lift baked-on residue from pots, dishes, and cast iron.
- Not for nonstick: The bristles are too firm for nonstick coatings, so use a sisal brush without pressure, or a plant-based sponge, on those pans.
- Plant-based materials: A sustainably harvested bamboo handle with coconut and sisal plant-fiber bristles, a plastic-free swap for a synthetic brush.
- Built to last: Durable enough for everyday scrubbing, and made from natural plant fibers rather than plastic.
- Vegan and plastic-free: No plastic and no animal products, made from natural bamboo, coconut, and sisal.
HOW TO USE
- Rinse the scrubber and your pan under warm water.
- Load the scrubber with soap: add a little liquid dish soap, or rub it across a bar of solid dish soap.
- Scrub stuck-on food with firm pressure. It's great on cast iron, stainless, and heavy pots.
- For nonstick pans, set the scrubber aside and use a sisal brush without pressure, or a plant-based sponge.
- Rinse the scrubber and stand it in a dry spot so the bristles and handle can air-dry.
