How to Use Your Gaia Amethyst Gua Sha Stone

Step 1: Start with clean, moisturized skin so the stone can glide smoothly. We recommend using our Chamomile Glow facial oil for extra hydration.

Step 2: Hold the stone at a slight angle (about 15 degrees) and gently glide it outward from the center of your face while holding your skin for support. Repeat each stroke 5 to 10 times. It is not recommended to apply strong pressure to avoid bruising. 

Step 3: Use the curved side to sculpt those cheekbones and jawline. The pointy end is great for getting into the nooks and crannies around your eyes and nose. Do not apply any pressure when gliding the stone around the eyes, because the skin there is the thinnest and most sensitive.
