While most love the natural materials and durability, some reported the handle can split at the metal hanger connection and the brush head may slip from the clamp if held incorrectly.
The only reason why I didn't give a 5 star is because the brush handle split where the metal hanger connects to the end. I had a similar brush that I used from another company which had a sturdier frame. Also, if you hold the brush near the bristle end you can slip the brush head out of its metal clamp attached to the handle quite easily. It was an adjustment in how to hold it but overall it works OK.

Very happy with this scrubber so far. The bristles are not super stiff so I don't think they'd be suitable tackling really gnarly dishes, but any light duty cleaning would be perfect for this. In truth I bought it to use as a vegetable scrubber and in that regard it's been perfect. Soft enough not to worry about damaging my vegetables but still sturdy enough to really get the dirt out of nooks and crannies. Not sure what to expect of its longevity before I need to replace the head, but since I'm just using it for veggies I expect it should last a good length of time.
